Pally Pride

Well, it seems like this will be my last blog post, maybe not. I wanted to do something cool for the last one since I didn't think what I was making would be excellent enough for a finale. I thought about making the school mascot, a paladin, and I was perfect. I had an issue on how I would draw it, but then I remember I could insert canvas and SVG files so, I went with that. The SVG files are pretty easy to use, though it's not the best with cad programs. This is how it turned out, but I won't finish for another few days. Anyway, congrats to the class of 2020 for making it so far!

The Detailss!

Adding another hinge piece to the project. This one is a more detailed part, that is assembled to with another part, cylinder piece, a second piece, and 6 screws.

Seuss

I'm continuing with my project, this is a part for the base of it.

I have an idea of what I am creating, however, it will be a bit oddly shaped. 

Similar to Dr. Seuss story books.  

Parts and Latches

                 

I'm starting to make parts that can be used in assembly. 

This is the first piece, or the start of it. It's a unique latch piece.

I've been practicing with fusion drawing basic stuff.

This piece is something I created from memory,

 based on a part piece I saw back in my second year.

Welcome back.

So, I started Fusion. 

I drew a few things and messed 

around with some features. I'll also be using the 

lesson to learn more about it.

I didn't do much on Thursday. I did look up some videos after 

school about AutoCad. I also started trying to merge 
my two Certiport accounts.

I wasn't in class that day due to AutoCad being down.

So I went to a different class to take a test.

The program is working now so i'll be continuing

 with Gmetrix practice testing

I finished up the Newsela assignment and I'm back on gmet for the rest of class.

I started working on Gmetrix again to push forward with

 what I should know for the certification test. Especially getting the chance

 to look at the floor plan, and similar tasks i had trouble with. 

I've finished

I finished a part I want to show for the Magnet open house. Seeing that the bunny would take too long, I made something simple. I kinda based it off a puzzle box game's exterior look. Even though i did this i would like to make another, if I have the chance.

This post is late but, I was planning to 3D print a bunny. 

It was taking longer than expected so i'll have to do something else.

The Week of Four pt.1

After watching a few starter videos, I got back into AutoCad for practice to receive my last certification. 

I also signed up to represent the class in an event Friday and January the 29th (magnet open house). So, I'll be working on a project to showcase on the 29th.
